“ I had a pour over which I enjoyed. I am pretty picky about coffee and would make this a regular go-to coffee shop. I love that the roastery is in view through the glass wall. Beautiful coffeehouse! ”
“ I got the Aztec latte. Good stuff and nice people working. Cool vibe. I shall be back ”
“ Update After speaking with the owner I am more than satisfied and will be returning as a customer. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and making things right. -------------------- We normally order a 5lb bag of coffee from here about once a month. Today my order came as a 1lb bag. I tried calling and no one would answer. I called multiple times. So I paid for delivery, got the wrong item and had to drive down to your store to remedy the situation. When I got there the response was "my bad" and "sorry". I was not reimbursed or compensated in any way for paying for delivery and then having to come back on my own. I feel like because of this situation we are likely not going to order VM products anymore which is sad because we really enjoy their coffee, but I cannot risk an incorrect order like that. (The 1lb bag is almost 100!) Please work out a system for correcting orders in a timely manner and making sure your customer is taken care of! ”
“ This is the second time we’ve gone to Villa Myriam (VM Coffee) and it’s been amazing every time. They just brought back their biscuits and gravy with Cajun seasoning and it was quite literally the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. My partner had the breakfast sandwich and it was phenomenal as well - definitely has a kick to it. The lattes are incredible as well and according to my bf - “the best Cortado he’s ever had”. They also do French Toast Fridays that rotates every Friday. Dog friendly inside and outside, staff is super nice and friendly, the atmosphere is superb. We’ll have to come back for lunch as they also do burgers and I’m dying to try those. I highly recommend! ”
“ Everything about the food here is absolutely fresh, made to order, and artisanally delicious!! Best of all, phenomenal coffee with single-origin pour-over options. This coffee shop is true hidden gem! ”
“ Glad to stop by before hitting the road! Such a rich and smooth latte, my husband was happy and kept saying it’s good to have this iced vanilla latte for a long drive, plus they have the option of unsweetened matcha as well :) On top of the good afternoon drinks, their parking is spacious. We will stop by again for sure! ”
“ Hello fellow espresso drinkers! My husband and I are visiting the SW from Seattle. This coffee house looks like a typical spot in the Pacific NW. We go to these spots for coffee, for espresso specifically. A nibble of decent food is just a bonus. The only place you will go in the NW and feel "welcomed" is Starbucks because corporate makes them greet everyone, but a serious barista will be focused on the pull of your addiction, not whether you are feeling appreciated for your patronage. Also, I am noticing while drinking espresso here-and-there around the SW, the pull is "weaker" tasting than Seattle because roasters seem to be roasting lighter, more acidic or "fruity" noted beans. In Seattle, some coffee roasters do a really "burnt" roast, a very dark roasted bean some call French or Italian roast. It tends to make a more bitter espresso, but some folks really like that. I prefer something roasted dark, with "chocolatey" notes. So...what I'm trying to say is while this lighter roast isn't my preference, I have enjoyed trying a variety of coffee houses down here, and if you're a person who will swill anything with caffeine content, or perhaps you are simply looking for lunch, this coffeehouse may not be your cup of tea. ”
“ We visited on our way out of Albuquerque and wish we could stay just to visit again! We ordered the Pumpkin Chai, Caramel Apple Spice Latte and the Nutty Mocha. All were so delicious! For food, we ordered the carnitas burrito and it absolutely stole the show!! One of the best burritos we had ever tasted! Highly recommend visiting VM if you’re in Albuquerque! If we get the chance to come back, we will be visiting again! ”
